Returns & Exchanges

At GRUV Entertainment, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your GRUV account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy mailer, ensuring that all discs and cases are protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided through our returns portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
